The Colonel is depicted in the 1816-type uniform decorated with Order of St. Anna 2nd class with diamonds, Order of St Vladimir 4th class, silver medal on blue ribbon for the 1812 campaign against Napoleon, and blue cross of the Prussian Order "Pour le Merite".

It is a rather standard combination of awards for a high-ranked  officer of that period.
