Gilded silver and shaded cloisonne enamel part tea set, made in Moscow between 1899 and 1908, comprising a milk jug, sugar bowl and sugar tongs, enameled with colorful stylized scrolling foliage, birds and butterflies against a cream ground.
Retailed by the firm of MOROZOV, supplier of the Imperial Court.
Such sets in their original cases are very rare.

Russian Imperial eagle and the following inscription stamped in gold on the silk lining of the lid:

height of the milk jug 3 1/4 in. (8,2 cm)
The lid of the wooden case is applied with an oval metal plaque with engraved owner's initials 'HH'.
A tiny chip to the cream enamel in field above the bird. The rest is in perfect condition.
Marked with 84 standard, master's initials 'BA' for Vasilii Agafonov, and Moscow assay stamp 1899-1908 with initials of Ivan Lebedkin.
