Set of 6 Porcelain Soup Plates from the Coronation Service of Nicholas II. Diameter 9 7/8 in. (25,3 cm). Imperial Porcelain Factory, 1911 and 1913 (green cypher marks). Borders of the plates are hand painted with Imperial eagles between gilded lines. The service was made in 1883 for Alexander III Coronation. It was later used for the Coronation of Nicholas II and as a palace service through out the reign. ALL PLATES ARE IN EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD CONDITION (no chips, cracks or restoration, intact gilt).
