Nicholas II palace lead crystal port wine glass, the Imperial Porcelain and Glass Factory, circa 1913, engraver Lavr Orlovsky, decorated in the 18th century style: the front engraved with crowned double headed Imperial eagle, the reverse - with the monogram "H A II" within a crowned medallion surrounded with military trophies. The eagle is painted black, the rest is richly gilded. Height 5 3/8 in. (13,7 cm).

The monogram 'H A II' stands for 'Nicholas II Alexandrovich'. It is believed that the service was commissioned in the early 1910s for the Romanov dynasty tercentennial celebration in 1913, and later on, was used as a banqueting service at the Tsarskoe Selo Palace.
