Porcelain dinner plate from the Ropsha Palace, Imperial Porcelain Factory 1903 (green cypher mark). Diameter 9 3/8 in. (24 cm). Light overall wear, three short rim flaws on the reverse, the flaws are not visible in the front, no chips and no restoration.
