One plate is painted with a view of the Beloselsky-Belozersky Palace on Nevsky prospect and the Anichkov Bridge after the drawing by Sharleman from the album Views of St Petersburg.
The Palace belonged to Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich and his wife Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna. 

Another plate with a view of the Kamenny Island Palace after the 1803 painting by Semeon Shedrin -
A View of the Kamenny Island Palace from the Stroganoff Embankment Across the Bolshaya Nevka Riva (the painting currently in The State Russian Museum).

Both plates are marked with Tsar Nicholas II cipher and date '1913', decorator's initial 'K' on one of the plates.back to page 14
