A Very Large Victorian Era Antique Russian Jeweled Gold Locket and Gold Chain

The locket is dated on loop - 1880, the chain was made in St Petersburg between 1899 and 1903.

The highly polished and finely crafted pinkish yellow gold locket pendant is decorated with a gem-set flower.

56 zolotniks gold standard (14K - 583), 1 pear-shaped natural ruby (approximately 0.35 ct), 1 pear-shaped natural emerald (approximately 0.30 ct), 5 rose-cut diamonds.

Condition: some tiny contact marks from use, overall excellent

total weight - 1.11 troy oz. (34,6 grams)

height without bail - 1 7/8 in. (4,9 cm)
