Imperial hereditary badge, 1913, for those, who participated in the celebration of the Romanov dynasty tercentennial and personally expressed their congratulations to Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra, marked with 84 silver standard and workmaster's initials, St Petersburg assay mark. Silver shield with Romanov's gryphon under the Imperial crown laid on a silver-gilt wreath, dates 1613-1913 on the ribbon. Recipient's name is engraved on the back of the gilt wreath, "Alexander Fedorovich von Heftman". Height 1 13/16 in. (4,6 cm). Condition: one wire, which attaches the wreath to the shield on the back, is missing, otherwise fine, with sharp details and very little wear to the front of the badge.

Less than 2,000 Romanov badges were awarded. Most of them are blank, badges with engraved names, are pretty rare.
